After nearly 20 years building my recruiting career with Lockheed Martin and Leidos, my role was eliminated during division-wide budget cuts. That career gave me purpose, stability, and a community I deeply valued. What I didn't realize then was that this unexpected change would open the door to a new chapter: building my own business, drawing on the wisdom, perspective, and empathy I've gained along the way.
