Navigating a Career Transition?
Twenty years as a corporate recruiter inside organizations like Lockheed Martin and Leidos gave me a firsthand understanding of what helps professionals get hired, advance, and thrive, and what can sometimes hold them back. I've worked with people at pivotal moments in their careers and understand that the path forward isn't always clear when you're the one walking it.
Today, I bring that experience and insider perspective to career advising and coaching. While coaching is part of my approach, clients seek me out for the strategic guidance, candid feedback, and real-world insights that come from my recruiting and talent advisory experience. I specialize in supporting security-cleared professionals in the defense and intelligence community, while also working with individuals across industries.
So... am I getting a coach, an advisor, or both?
Definitely both, with a greater emphasis on advising, depending on what you need. Sometimes that means asking the right questions to help you gain clarity. Other times, it means offering candid advice, career focused strategies, and an insider's perspective to help you see opportunities, overcome obstacles, and make informed decisions.
My approach isn't one-size-fits-all. It's tailored to your career goals and the realities of your life, with a focus on what matters most to you
Together, we turn insight into action, on your terms.
